1. Health Department issues stay-at-home advisory
To help slow down the spread of the coronavirus the Toledo-Lucas County Health Department has issued a 28-day stay-at-home advisory.
Health Commissioner Eric Zgodzinski says the advisory is not an order, but “guidance.” He says we need to “rethink" our behaviors. You can read the advisory at the Health Department website.
The advisory will be in effect until at least December 17.
Most of the Lucas County Board personnel are working remotely. Should there be a need to contact Board staff the switchboard is open at 419-380-4000.
