The Lucas County Board of Developmental Disabilities and the Toledo-Lucas County Health Department are partnering up once again for their annual Flu Vaccine and Covid Booster Vaccine Clinic. Attendees can choose to get either or both vaccines. This year, there will be two dates to choose from: Oct. 20 and Nov. 3. Click here to schedule your vaccination time.
- The flu clinic is open to everyone but there are limited spots available.
- Bring a work ID with picture or Legal form of identification (State ID, Driver's License, etc.)
- Bring your insurance card, and a signed vaccine consent form for each person requesting vaccination.
- Children older than 18 who are still on parent/guardian's insurance are eligible to be vaccinated during this clinic with a copy of their insurance card.
