SALUTE Adaptive Storytelling Event

SALUTE (Self-Advocates LUcas TolEdo), a self-advocacy group for those served by LCBDD, in partnership with Becca Monteleone, Assistant Professor of Disability Studies at the University of Toledo, is proud to present an Adaptive Storytelling event. This live event is the conclusion of an 8-week workshop with Dr. Monteleone in which students perfected the art of storytelling a powerful personal story of self-advocacy and personal growth. The event is May 17 from 4-6 p.m. inside the McMaster Center on the 2nd Floor of the main branch of the Toledo Lucas County Public Library. This in-person event is inclusive and open to the entire community.
