Steps Toward a Cure: Toledo

Steps Toward a Cure is a family-friendly fundraiser that features a 1-mile awareness walk, 5K fun run, and kids’ dash, along with refreshments and activities for all ages. Every dollar raised supports research in the fight to find a cure for Dravet Syndrome, making this a meaningful opportunity to come together as a community while enjoying a fun morning outdoors.

Check-in and onsite registration begin at 9 a.m., with the walk and run starting at 10 a.m., followed by refreshments and family activities from 11:00 a.m. to noon. Kids, strollers, and leashed dogs are welcome. Registration is $30 for adults and $20 for children ages 3-17, while individuals with Dravet Syndrome or epilepsy may register free with a paying adult. Online registration closes Sept. 17. Cash and checks will be accepted onsite.
