Through My Life. My Story. workshops, Ohioans with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD) have learned how to turn their experiences into stories that inform, connect, and advocate for change. Now, more than 30 storytellers will bring their work to the stage during a live storytelling showcase presented by the Ohio Developmental Disability Council.
There are two ways to participate in this special event:
Attend In Person in Grove City
Experience the live storytelling showcase in person at Scioto Grove Metro Park, 5172 Jackson Pike, Grove City, OH 43123.

Watch Online or Host a Watch Party
Watch the showcase live on YouTube from wherever you are, or bring people together in your home or community space for a watch party.
If you are interested in hosting a watch party, select the watch party option when you register. The Ohio DD Council will provide materials to help your group take part in the experience.

The showcase is the culmination of the My Life. My Story. – The Next Chapter workshop series, which used a train-the-trainer model to prepare teams to lead storytelling workshops for people with IDD.
