Join the American Association of People with Disabilities and its partners for a webinar exploring disability rights under the Supreme Court’s Olmstead decision, the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), and Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act. The discussion will focus on the right of people with disabilities to live in their own homes and communities, recent threats to these rights, and ways to help protect them.
The webinar will feature disability rights and policy leaders from the American Association of People with Disabilities, Bazelon Center for Mental Health Law, Center for Public Representation, and George Washington University’s Hirsh Health Law and Policy Program.
