Planning for the Future: Special Needs Trusts and Guardianship

The Down Syndrome Association of Greater Toledo is making its Empowered Families programming more accessible by shifting from a single conference format to a summer and fall webinar series. The series begins June 6 at 10 a.m. with speaker Derek Graham, who will discuss Special Needs Trusts, Guardianship, and Supported Decision Making. 

Derek Graham is an estate planning attorney and partner at Philipps & Graham, LLC in Dublin, Ohio. Derek’s practice focuses on developmental disability law, special needs planning, guardianship, and probate.
