Join The Ability Center for the Access Network Breakfast: Unwritten Rules in the Workplace, part of our Employment Training Series. This session brings business leaders together to discuss workplace expectations that are often unspoken and how organizations can create more accessible and inclusive environments for employees with disabilities.
This year's breakfast is also serving as the 4th session of The Ability Center's Employment Training program. Most organizations have a series of unwritten rules and policies that impact office culture and daily operations, but these can create unintended barriers for employees with disabilities. Join us to learn about how to minimize these barriers and communicate unwritten culture clearly to your whole staff. We'll be joined by local professionals who give their personal and professional experience with the subject, all to help you make your business more disability friendly.
