Learn About Non-Emergency Medical Transportation (NEMT) Assistance
The Lucas County Department of Job and Family Services understands that transportation can be a barrier for some community members. They offer a program for Medicaid recipients who have difficulty accessing private or public transportation, providing assistance to get to and from medical appointments and pharmacies.
They are inviting anyone with questions or who wants to learn more to attend an informational forum on the Non-Emergency Medical Transportation (NEMT) Program.
