OpenSpot Theatre Workshop

The University of Toledo (Disability Studies and Theatre and Film) is collaborating with OpenSpot Theatre for another 6-week acting workshop for adults with developmental disabilities. Work with UT students and trained facilitators to learn singing, dancing, and acting skills. The workshop ends with a performance  that you will write and star in!

We will meet these days:

• Thursday, August 28, 5:00-6:30
• Thursday, September 4, 5:00-6:30
• Thursday, September 11, 5:00-6:30
• Thursday, September 18, 5:00-6:30
• Thursday, September 25, 5:00-6:30
• Thursday, October 2, 5:00-6:30 – PERFORMANCE

There is a suggested class fee, but tuition is pay-what-you-can (even if that is nothing) – no one will be turned away for not being able to pay.

All classes take place at the at the University of Toledo’s Center for Performing Arts, Room 1043.
