SALUTE is… A self-advocacy group for those served by the Lucas County Board of Developmental Disabilities (DD).
Meetings are the second Monday each month and typically include refreshments as well as a speaker. The meetings can be attended in-person or via Zoom.
March's guest speaker is Lisa Sobecki, Lucas County Commissioner.
Topics include a plan to expand affordable housing in Lucas County and how your advocacy can help, other Lucas County accessibility and inclusion initiatives, as well as the overall role of Commissioners.
