Wednesday Walk with CCS

Join Courageous Community Services for a free social walk. This is a fun way to achieve your fitness goals by getting out to move and socialize with friends. Everyone is welcome to come and enjoy this non-competitive fitness initiative. The purpose is to provide people of all ages and abilities the opportunity to exercise, meet others, and enjoy scenic locations throughout Northwest Ohio. This social walking club visits a different Toledo Metropark each week. On May 17, the walk will take place at the Glass City Riverwalk. Please email Laura at laurak@ccsohio.org with any questions.
