At its monthly meeting on March 24, the Board of Directors of the Lucas County Board of Developmental Disabilities recognized Lucas DD Secretary Pamala Banner as the March Staff Person of the Month. The Board also gave a Special Recognition Award to the foster family of 3 individuals served by our Children's Department.
