Parenting is nonstop and often messy, but this hands-on event is designed to make everyday life feel more manageable. Families will explore practical, ready-to-use strategies they can put into action right away, with tools and ideas to take home and use long after the event ends.
Participants will create visual schedules to help keep everyone on track, explore meal planning ideas and organizers for smoother dinnertimes, and discover ways to organize homework and chores to reduce daily stress. The event also features toddler activity ideas that support play and learning, time management strategies to help reclaim your day, and a self-care station focused on recharging caregivers. Sensory items will be available to support children who need extra movement or calming tools.
This free event is open to parents and caregivers at all stages, with a focus on families with younger children and teens. It is an opportunity to finally tackle the life hacks you have been meaning to try and leave with resources that truly support your family’s routines and well-being.
