The Ability Center’s Employment Training Program helps employers gain a deeper understanding of hiring and supporting people with disabilities.
Over the course of 11 months, participants explore resources, laws, recruiting strategies, and best practices for inclusive hiring. Employers also learn how to create actionable plans and receive invitations to attend in-person sessions such as the Disability Awareness Experience, Access Network Breakfast, and Graduation.
