Lucas County Children Services (LCCS) hosts one of the region's largest “Trunk or Treat" events annually, drawing 2,500 and 3,000 children!
LCCS is back at the former Libbey High School to provide an opportunity for local youth to enjoy candy, giveaways, activities, and games.
LCCS Trunk or Treat has grown into a landmark activity for the Old South End. More than 100 “trunks” provided by LCCS employees and their families, and those provided by community partners, give out candy, rain or shine.
