SEPTEMBER'S GUEST SPEAKER: Keith Jesse & “K9 Ian” Community Safety Program for People with Disabilities
Jesse is a former Auxiliary Police Sergeant. His belief in community policing got him involved in helping those with special needs. In 2014, he founded the Community Safety Program for the Special Needs Population, a program offering instruction about scams, bullying, fire, online safety, and more.
