Sensory-Friendly Virtual Dinosaurs-Themed Program

Join virtually as The Henry Ford Museum presents a free program designed for individuals with autism spectrum disorder or sensory processing disorder and their family members or caregivers.

June's program is themed around dinosaurs. They will have a dinosaur-themed movement activity, story, and craft (paper plate dinosaurs), as well as a presentation on "5 Dinosaur Families" by Ashley Hall, Outreach Program Manager at the Museum of the Rockies (World-class Museum in Bozeman - Museum of the Rockies) in Bozeman, Montana.

The program will be held virtually via Zoom and instructions to join as well as a visual schedule will be sent out to all registered participants before the program. Please note that participants can choose to have their cameras on Zoom turned on or off during the program.

Space is limited and registration is required. By attending this virtual program, you also have the choice to receive complimentary tickets (up to six per family) to visit either Henry Ford Museum of American Innovation or Greenfield Village. If you are interested in tickets, please make sure to specify this in the registration information below and to provide your name and address so that we can mail the tickets to you.

This program is made possible in part by a grant from the Institute of Museum and Library Services (Grant MA-245773-OMS-20).
