Audrey Johnson, Navigator Supervisor

She will talk about the Center’s Navigator Program, which they call “the front door” to the agency. Audrey says, “Consumers will enter our program having a question or request and through conversation, become enlightened to all the possible ways that the ACT can assist them. We work with the consumer and navigate through the barriers that are keeping that person from living independently with confidence.”
ACT serves Lucas County and six other counties. The Navigator Program can help individuals we serve, and their families and staff, find additional resources.
