This year The Program, Inc decided to have The TUG EVENT planned out and presented by their youth team.
Please note, this event is for boys ages 8-18 years of age.
As we equip our children with backpacks and school supplies to tackle all of the projected homework and foreseeable assignments, we must also give them the tools to fight off the peer pressure of gangs, bad behavior, and drugs. Several dynamic young men from the PEER Lead Group will carry out this event's hosting, engagement, and speaking portion. They will speak about THE TUG they often feel in their everyday lives, including peer pressure, drugs/alcohol, gang/violence pressures, and even promiscuity.
