At its Feb. 24, 2025 meeting, the Board of Directors of the Lucas County Board of Developmental Disabilities recognized Community Connections Trainer Renaldo Carter as the February Staff Person of the Month. The Board also recognized a local filmmaker for his time volunteering for the CommUNITY Film Fest, and 3 Lucas DD employees that had recently retired after more than 100 years of experience between them.
