The Lucas County Board of Developmental Disabilities is requesting proposals for an inclusive playground outside the Children's Department at its South Toledo headquarters.
All bidders are strongly encouraged to attend the Pre-Bid Meeting at 9 a.m. on Sept. 25 at the Lucas DD Administration Building, 1154 Larc Lane in Toledo.
