Board Request For Proposals of Managed Network Services

The Lucas County Board of Developmental Disabilities seeks to outsource the management of its Information Technology (IT) infrastructure and applications to an outside contractor. It is the desire of the Board to consolidate this management under one agreement with a qualified firm or group to support the IT environment. This support includes but is not limited to:

  • Network
  • Internet
  • Email
  • Application Management
  • Infrastructure Support
  • IT Security
  • Disaster Recovery and Coordination
  • Remote Client Service
  • 24/7 System Monitoring and Response

Sealed bids must be received no later than 2 p.m. on Aug. 18, 2022 by the Lucas County Board of Developmental Disabilities at 1154 Larc Lane, Toledo, Ohio 43614. At that time, bids will be opened as provided by law for the Managed Network Services. Proposals submitted shall be in accordance with specifications on file in the Office of the Superintendent. Documents may be obtained at the Board. All bids must meet or exceed specifications. Each bid must be accompanied by a bid bond or certified check in the sum equal to five percent (5%) of the total bid as guarantee that, if the bid is accepted, a contract will be entered into and its performance properly executed. The Board reserves the right to reject any, part of, or all bids.
